Hi Hungry, I’m Dad!

Dad's BBQ began when Jennifer gifted Marshall a small stainless-steel box for burning woodchips inside a gas grill. From the first time he started using wood-fired cooking techniques, he was hooked. A couple years later, Jennifer and Marshall decided to start Dad's BBQ as a part-time business to share their favorite recipes with the public. Within months of opening, they also met who would become their full-time Pitmaster, Chris! Chris is an accomplished barbecue fanatic who has since developed a number of Dad's BBQ's recipes! While you may not see Chris at every public event, trust that he's behind the scenes making sure every delicious meat, appetizer and side dish was perfectly prepared!

Just a couple years later, Dad's BBQ has quickly become a trusted high-quality caterer in Central Pennsylvania, providing memorable meals and excellent service for corporate catering, weddings, and any other party or event where delicious food is desired!
